Kendall, I know the difference. I’m surprised that all this effort didn’t uncover the origin of the argument against shareholder profit maximisation. It derives fom a 1996 position paper on people-centered economics and had been deployed to create a ‘Marshall Plan’ for Ukraine by 2007. In 2009, I made an introduction to B Labs.
